Benjamin J. Cohen is an Associate Attorney at Brennan Burtker LLC. He focuses his practice in civil litigation with a primary emphasis on defending physicians, nurses, and hospitals in medical malpractice cases.
Mr. Cohen joined the firm in September of 2024 after receiving his J.D. with honors and Certificates in Advocacy and Transactional Law from Loyola University School of Law in May of 2024.
While at Loyola, he participated in Moot Court for two years, and was a member of the Business Law and Sports and Entertainment Law Societies. Mr. Cohen was admitted to the Illinois Bar in the fall of 2024.
