Hoffmann Speaks to Rosalind Franklin University Students on Risk Management in the Practice of Physical Therapy

On April 14, 2020, Partner Ken Hoffmann guest lectured to second-year doctoral students in the Physical Therapy program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science on managing risk in the practice of physical therapy and other legal considerations.

Topics included discussion of the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act, informed consent and the anatomy of a lawsuit filed against a physical therapist.
