William H. Garvey
Associate
William H. Garvey is an Associate at Brennan Burtker LLC where he concentrates his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. Mr. Garvey has been with Brennan Burtker LLC since the firm opened their doors in 2015. During his time at Brennan Burtker LLC will has worked as a file clerk, a law clerk, and helped out with administrative work.
During law school, Mr. Garvey clerked for Brennan Burtker, where he assisted attorneys through all stages of litigation including trial and appeals. He joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in January 2020.
Mr. Garvey is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in history. He obtained his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where he received dean’s list honors.
