Regan E. Murphy
Regan Murphy is an Associate at Brennan Burtker LLC where she concentrates her practice in medical malpractice defense.
Ms. Murphy graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review and Secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She also co-authored a chapter in the book Inclusive Innovation in the Age of AI and Big Data, which will be published by the Oxford University Press in 2026.
Ms. Murphy was admitted to the Illinois Bar after receiving her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2025.
She earned a B.S. in Agriculture and Consumer Economics with a concentration in Public Policy & Law and a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021. Throughout her undergraduate program, she was an active member of the Illinois Undergraduate Mock Trial Team and Alpha Kappa Psi’s professional business fraternity.
