Elizabeth Polit is an Associate Attorney at Brennan Burtker LLC where she concentrates her practice in medical malpractice defending physicians, nurses, and hospitals in all areas of litigation. Since graduating magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2015, Ms. Polit has dedicated her career to representing individuals in the healthcare field.
Ms. Polit was recognized for her success by Super Lawyers, who awarded her the distinction of Rising Star in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Ms. Polit was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2015 after graduating with honors from the University of Illinois College of Law. She earned her BA in Public Relations and Advertising with honors from Loyola University Chicago in 2012.
