Aaron P. O'Neill
Aaron O’Neill is an Associate Attorney at Brennan Burtker LLC where he focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. Mr. O’Neill received his J.D. and Certificate in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May of 2024.
During law school, Mr. O'Neill worked as a clerk at Brennan Burtker LLC beginning in May of 2022, and as a legal extern at Lurie Children's Hospital during the summer of 2023.
While attending Loyola University Chicago School of Law, he received a CALI award in Legal Writing. In addition to his studies, he was also a member of Loyola’s Health Law Society, an Associate Editor of the Journal of Regulatory Compliance, and a student member of the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys’ (IAHA) Education Committee.
