Samantha M. Lowe
Samantha M. Lowe is an Associate Attorney at Brennan Burtker LLC where she concentrates her practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense, representing physicians, nurses, and hospitals in complex litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lowe worked at the Office of the Cook County Public Defender, where she represented indigent clients and gained significant trial experience within the Child Protection and Juvenile Justice divisions. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Lowe clerked for the Honorable Adam S. Tannenbaum at Florida’s First District Court of Appeal, where she handled a variety of complex appellate matters.
Ms. Lowe was admitted to the Illinois and Florida Bar after receiving her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 2019. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2017. Ms. Lowe is an active member of the Illinois Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and Chicagoland Risk Management Society (CHRMS). Outside of the office, Ms. Lowe enjoys spending time on the lakefront with her dog, traveling, hiking, and attending any live music event she can fit into her schedule.
