In early November, Senior Associate Elizabeth Polit and Associate Shivani Thakker presented an on-demand session for the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys 42^nd Annual Health Law Symposium titled “Vicarious Liability: What You Need to Know to Protect Your Client.” They discussed various topics including scope of employment, consent forms, on-site best practices, Medical Director agreements, and transactional implications. The IAHA Annual Health Law Symposium on-demand sessions are available to registered attorneys through January 31, 2025.
