Cavins for their success in obtaining a not guilty verdict in an orthopedic malpractice trial.  The jury verdict was returned in favor of the defense after less than 1 hour of deliberation.  The plaintiff contended that a shoulder hemiarthroplasty performed by the defendant orthopedic surgeon failed
