A Message From Brennan Burtker Regarding COVID-19

The health and safety of our clients and employees are always our first priority at Brennan Burtker.  To that end, all firm employees will work remotely from March 23, 2020 through April 7, 2020, and we will continue to actively monitor and assess this situation.

During this time, Brennan Burtker will remain fully operational.  Our technology enables each attorney to create a virtual office in the home with full access to our document management system, emails, docket and the entire computer system.  Our phones are forwarded to individual mobile phones, and all voicemail messages are immediately retrievable remotely through our email system.  We will continue to hold conference calls and video conferences with our clients, experts, and other individuals related to our files, and continue to send you timely reports of those meetings and conferences.  Our secretarial staff also has a virtual desk at home, where all transcription of dictation, e-filings, scheduling and docketing matters will continue as business as usual during these unprecedented times.

Brennan Burtker is committed to weathering this Covid-19 pandemic with the community, and we believe the interests of our employees and the community at large are best served by this decision to continue our business uninterrupted in this fully operational remote setting.

Please note that partners and senior administrative personnel will continue to work on the premises of the firm in a rotational fashion for administrative purposes and litigation emergencies, and please feel free to contact any attorney, at any time, and for any reason.
